Discussing Reputation Risk on the Consumer Finance Monitor Podcast
A discussion of reputation risk, regulation, and…barbecue
I had the pleasure to talk about Operation Chokepoint (both the real thing and the abstract concept) as well as the appropriate role of bank regulators in policing banks’ reputations on the award-winning and industry-leading Consumer Finance Monitor podcast. The podcast was hosted by the incomparable Alan Kaplinsky. Professor Dru Stevenson of the South Texas College of Law provided the alternative perspective. It was a great conversation and if you like financial regulation podcasts (and why wouldn’t you?) you will enjoy this one. It is available here or on all of the major podcast apps.
